USE: All year round, before sun exposure, shake well and spray a sufficient amount onto your hands, then apply to exposed areas, avoiding contact with the eyes and/or inhalation; renew frequently, especially after perspiring, swimming, or towel-drying.

Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun between 11:00 and 15:00; for additional protection, wear a hat, sunglasses, and a shirt; avoid the exposure of babies and children to direct sunlight; always apply a sufficient quantity of sunscreen and reapply frequently.
